An Indian Lake athlete has qualified for the Region 5 Junior Olympics Track and Field meet.
Dustin Franks competed over the weekend at Cedarville University.
He placed gold in the high jump and received bronze in the 110m hurdles and 400m hurdles.
He also took 4th in the long jump with a new personal record of 18.6 feet.
He will compete in three weeks in a qualifier for the National Junior Olympics.
